Fettster42 Posted September 22, 2014 Share Posted September 22, 2014 I am after some leaf springs to fit above the footplate on a kit bashed 0-16.5mm loco. Does anyone know anywhere I could get some from (would 0 standard gauge be too big?) or how I could build them. I tried laminating plasticard but although it had the shape it didn't show the seperate leafs and just appear a solid object. Thanks Leigh Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
PGC Posted September 22, 2014 Share Posted September 22, 2014 Colin of Alan Gibson does some for a GER E4 in 4mm. I believe he also produces the kit in 7mm, so may be able to help. This is a link to his website - if you download his catalogue and look for 4M652 GER footplate top spring & hanger (2) you will find the 4mm item, but I can't see a 7mm version.
