RMweb Premium Dalesman Posted September 23, 2014 RMweb Premium Share Posted September 23, 2014 Found this on the Shapeways website - looks quite good - might see if I can fit one to either an Athearn or Kato unit I have. www.shapeways.com/model/2483852/ho-scale-1-87-csx-sd40-3-wabtec-cab.html?materialId=61&li=ostatus# Chris
3rdboxcar
Hi, I am the designer of the cab, it will fit the Kato shell with no problems since that is what it was specifically designed for, [26 sold so far with no complaints] as for the Athearn shell, well that may take a bit of work, I have been asked to make it fit the Athearn shell but being a N scale modeller I have no HO shells to design around. At present Laserkit [American model builders] are working on some windows. Alexander
