Bridges and roads. Some dimensional information

I've been meaning to post this link for some time. It was in one of the 'King' threads recently, but I was more interested in the accompanying information. There have occasionally been discussions on here about how wide road bridges should be, and what gradients roads would have. This provides some answers, at least for new builds around the 30s.
If I'd been less idle I'd have looked out the original sources, but I hope this will prove a helpful bit of information.
