Callaghan
My LZV red light keeps flashing rapidly even when not connected to the track. Page 38 of the manual on Lenz' website says "overheating of amplifier". Does any body know what this is or how to fix it please? I have a Lenz 100 DCC system comprising LH100 keypad.doc
Callaghan
The power source is a Lenz TR150 transformer. I bought the kit from Mackay Models, who were then the UK distributor, in 2005. So it's been working for nine years!
Nigelcliffe
In that case, contact Mackay Models and send it in for repairs. Probably not under warranty though Mackay's closed 6 years ago. A&H Models in Northants are the current UK importer, and most reports suggest they are good at dealing with repairs.
Callaghan
I was! I was really looking to see if anybody would say "you idiot, you've forgotten to ...". Nigel thanks for the info about A&H. It was surprisingly difficult to see who the importer was.
Adrian Wintle
Have you tried a system reset? Section 6.1 in the v3.6 manual. Adrian
Sunnysa
Sounds like the system is in short mode. Silly as it may sound, have you tried pressing the red reset button (LH100) or bottom center button (LH90). Just a thought. Cheers Ian
