Redsrail
Good morning all, Just a quick enquiry as i'm struggling to find any photo's online of the tops of these PAA wagons. How would the tops be weathered, chipped rusty paint, dust from the grain or just pure grime please? Any help is appreciated as i've just painted and put transfers on these to represent Grainflow livery, so was looking to complete them. Thanks you. Terry. simon br blue
I have also struggled to find pictures from above. I did find a couple of You Tube videos taken from above at March/Whitemoor- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_S-Z4DqkTU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EpBeFr_X3RI Couple of questions- Have you got any pictures of your wagons with the transfers on and where did you get the transfers from? What colour did you use for the Grainflow green? Simon.
Redsrail
Hi Simon, To be quite honest my paint was a humbrol enamel 76. The transfers were made by Cambridge transfers or something like that, but the letters, tops panel and BRT logo were from Fox. I think railtec do transfers also for these but they're not Grainflow ones. Will try take some photo's but can't guarantee how they'll come out as mine are N gauge wagons and my photography isn't that clever. Terry.
