I have been trying to order the 2015 annual online and hit the same problem each time. I log in check detail's enter card info and site goes to verify which I do then locks up. I have tried 2 different cards from different banks (and before anyone asks yes I did have money in them!) with same problem. could someone look into this problem. multivac Posted December 24, 2014 Share Posted December 24, 2014 I have tried to use the BRM website's sales page many times and always have to give up. I use the latest version of Firefox.
