QR HOn3? modular system survey

There has been some discussion on various other sites about developing a modular standard for modelling QR in HOn3½, based on either Free-mo or FREMO. It seems that a few people have independently thought about the idea but never voiced it because they thought nobody else would be interested. The release of the first RTR HOn3½ loco next year is likely to spark a lot more interest and this is a good time to progress the idea.

 

I have created a survey about preferences. At this stage it only covers the major technical components required for compatability and interoperability. Things like aesthetics for visual continuity between modules can be discussed later.
