Deltic Man Posted December 24, 2014 Share Posted December 24, 2014 Good Morning I have purchased a viessman tamper DCC sound fitted which is a great model even though not UK outline (HO gauge). To convert this to a UK looking model I was wondering if anyone had come across who does decals that would help convert it and if so where I can get them from. I have checked the normal suppliers websites such as precision, fox transfers etc... I have seen on some layouts in the past uk outline decals but as normal forgot to ask where they bought them from. St. Simon Posted December 24, 2014 Share Posted December 24, 2014 Hi, The Veismann Tamper is based on Plasser & Theurer's 09-3X Continuous Action Tamping Machine which is operated by a number of UK Rail Contractors, including Network Rail, Try Railtec Transfers for some suitable transfers, they do some for NR, Balfour Beatty and other companies.
