crompton 33
I used 41003 marker light transfers from http://www.replicarailways.co.uk/spares-and-accessories/sparesAfter filling in the headcode panels with thin plastic .

RMweb Gold Downendian Posted January 19, 2015 RMweb Gold Share Posted January 19, 2015 The Hornby railroad 31 has them fitted? http://www.ehattons.com/36004/Hornby_R3067_Class_31_Diesel_Electric_31256_BR_Blue_Railroad_Range_/StockDetail.aspx It's a strange model - hybrid with the boiler filler access steps in place, and the refurbished headcode. Not really much use though Rubber Duck if you already have a model? Otherwise it's good old plasticard and plastic tube. Neil
rubber duck
Yeah, I looked at the Railroad version, but as you say its a bit of a miss match of era's, Besides, I have a spare Hornby body, slightly cracked due to the expanding chassis, so I'll have a bash with the thin plasticard and tube method, seems to be the way forward...
