cheesysmith Posted April 23, 2015 Share Posted April 23, 2015 I noticed someone was asking for the wheelbase of the class 91 loco, and I found this on a French site. The French do seem to have been interested in these loco`s when introduced, and this does seam to be some kind of official technical document. If correct, it does show that Hornby did get the bogies to scale at 44mm. It also shows why the Hornby class 90, which IIRC used the same motor came out with bogies that were 1mm too long at 44mm instead of 43mm. As to the models, Bachmann warships and Heljan hymeks have a bogie wheel base of 42mm. Fich0291.pdf Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
