mjkerr
I am looking for visits of the Split Nose Class 37/5 and 37/7 into Glasgow Queen StreetThis will then allow me to purchase the latest Graham Farish Class 37/5 and have it renumbered and/or repainted to meet thisPhotos of the loco in Glasgow Queen Street would also be appreciated (I already have the locos at Eastfield) So far I only have :37707 (Triple Grey Petroleum - photos vary)04 May 1990, Perth to Glasgow QS (16:18)Presumably released by 17:14 Glasgow QS to Edinburgh Some photos of 37707 it had no BR logos or depot plaquesHowever, it had BR logos and Eastfield plaques by 22 December 1990
bigdaveadams1
If you go on the class 37 loco groups website, you will find a wealth of information on each loco, including passenger workings.
bigdaveadams1
37514 worked the 13:30 Edinburgh - Glasgow QS on 01/09/88 for example.
mjkerr
If you go on the class 37 loco groups website, you will find a wealth of information on each loco, including passenger workings. Not all passenger workings are listed Equally, I have a photo of a Class 37 in Glasgow Queen Street, but details don't appear on c37lg.co.uk 37514 worked the 13:30 Edinburgh - Glasgow QS on 01/09/88 for example. Good call, how did I miss that?!? Presumably it carried Red Stripe Railfreight livery

mjkerr
Worked out how I missed 37514 nowI had only searched the first ten 37/5 and only those 37/5 and 37/7 which were allocated in Scotland!
mjkerr
37514 worked the 13:30 Edinburgh - Glasgow QS on 01/09/88 for example. What a conincidence I purchased Farish 37514 (Triple Grey Metal) with the intention of renumbering to 37707, so now there is no need! Sadly it doesn't look like 37514 was in that livery at the time (carrying Red Stripe Railfreight), but it's close enough In the future I could complete the renumbering, then purchase a Farish 37506 and have that renumbered and modified, thus covering both
