I've recently fitted a decoder to a Bachmann MLV but I'm now having problems getting the 'lid' back on. The body sometimes sits ok at one end but when trying to level it out and fit it on completely something seems to be stopping it from going fully home. SRman Posted May 18, 2015 Share Posted May 18, 2015 Having fitted decoders to five of the things, I have found that the end lighting units sometimes need bending backwards ever so slightly as the clearances are very tight. Also the cab/floor units can shift slightly and get in the way: a thin screwdriver through the holes in the underframe can hook the floor unit back or forward as needed.
