45669
Evening All, Whilst on holiday in The Cotswolds last week, I came across the Cotswolds Motoring Museum at Bourton-on-the-Water. This is a real Aladdin's Cave of cars and motoring memorabilia and well worth a visit if in that area. Interestingly, when I was first taken to Bourton-on-the-Water I was still in short trousers and many of the exhibits in the museum were still in everyday use. Now they're museum pieces, so what does that say about me?! Some things, in fact, were still 20 years in the future! Anyway, photography is encouraged, unlike in the Model Railway Exhibition across the road, so I took lots of pictures and the first few are now on Flickr. If anyone would like to see them, this is the first one in the Photostream : D12576. 1933 Morris Minor. by Ron Fisher, on Flickr They can also be found in this Album : https://www.flickr.com/photos/train-pix/sets/72157652762507850 Hope that they are of interest. RMweb Gold teaky Posted May 23, 2015 RMweb Gold Share Posted May 23, 2015 This was an annual trip for us when our boys were young and Brum was on telly. They always loved to see him in the museum and even recognised the museum owner from the opening sequence to the programmes.
