R-t-R replacement sprung bogies ?

I know VERY little about the more fanatical end of the hobby (I just keep things simple) however a flyer I got from an American website included (for no known reason) some "Model Railroad" items, including "Kadee HO:  Bettendorf T-Section Caboose Truck W/33" wheels" - nothing odd there, however the description included ;

 

Fully sprung equalized trucks,

 

and

 

Self centering action - trucks self align themselves parallel with the car for easier placement on track

 

both quite interesting.

I was wondering whether such trucks/bogies would be of interest for the UK ?
