  1. Trying out a new food regime - typically to not eat chicken or red meat except for tea. Last couple of weeks I've been having vegan burgers a lot on baps, from today I've decided no more bread so its vegan burger and salad or sardines and salad for lunch. Now need a belt for my shorts so it's having some impact. Before this I was typically choosing a microwave meal at lunchtime.
