Inspiration for a diorama.

There is a glut of modern image stabling points being modelled at present,completely understandable, so to assist I was lucky enough to obtain these images from the DB schenker facility.

These images were taken by chance, and on the iPad so not 100% but hopefully they will inspire.

The initial image from Google Earth is a bit dated as there is a new Nissan hut shed for wagon repairs on site now.

Hope they assist.

even if most of them are upside down

I had this problem early on when I used the iPad, but it corrected itself my end, as I view them they are all the right way up on the thread.

If it assists, can you let me know which ones are downside up, and I'll re publish them.

Did you use the tablet you got from Derek & Rodney Trotter ?

The western end of the yard, where the footpath crosses, has some of the worst track I've seen, which moves noticeably when trains cross it. One bit had been spot-resleepered by the simple expedient of placing concrete sleepers in the gaps between the wooden ones- perhaps they wanted to save on ballast...

And using Setrack didn't help with the dog-legs !
