OK, this is contentious, and I'm very busy - so please can we avoid too much post-mortem on the business and definitely no "told you so" style gloating.  There are people who are owed money and never see it again. We don't need arguments as to whether they should have handed over cash or not. Clear advice on who to register with to stand a chance of getting it back is more helpful right now.   Thanks
