Just read on the Scalefour Society forum that Mike has sadly passed away -   https://www.scalefour.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6573&p=69743#p69743   Very sad news, he was an inspiration to many modellers (definitely to me!) and a very nice man too.  RIP Mike.   EDIT - as stated in the post below, only available to S4 members.  Very sorry, I had forgotten this.  I'm sure more details will be forthcoming soon.
