jbg06003
Just received a copy of the above book. This is a magnificent collection of images spanning the career of Bill Anderson. Arranged chronologically, it is a mixture of b&w and colour covering the 40 years from 1948 to 1988; steam diesel and electric. It is a superb foil to the George O'Hara book - more of an East Coast emphasis and more glamour than grime (and this is absolutely not a criticism of the GOH book) a but together the two books provide a fanastic record of the country's trains. Very highly recommended. Bruce
richandhiscatagain
Bit expensive (for the number of pages), but lovely book nonetheless. Rich
david12345
It is good but I don't think it's worth nearly £5000 My link
