Danemouth

Last time we saw snow like this in Cardiff was 1982 - I was going to get the glue to stick the cork down on Danemouth - Forget it !

  You give in far too easily on times, there was only a 2 hour queue to get out of the car park there with people buying up Tesco's stock!

the kids school closed with snow that when i was going would not have closed any school

  My school days as a kid through the 1963 winter never saw the school close (our loos were outside but we were a hardier bunch) or is it because boys will always pee in the snow!
  
  Now I am a caretaker and we either close the school or like thelast 2 days put down 1 ton of salt on the playground so they don't slip and make a claim!
