    Yodel is just so incompetent it's beyond belief. Waited in all day yesterday for a returns pickup and they told the seller the parcel wasn't ready or wrapped for pickup, how would they know if they didn't even turn up.

      Parcel now picked up.... by YODEL man who said he was off yesterday and no-one covered his route, so they didn't call yesterday afterall and were telling lies again... Tut tut.
