I might be being a bit dim here, but I can hardly find my own blog on the site, and I can't see how other people might find it unless they've bookmarked it or something. I'm not finding the new menu system super-user-friendly to be honest. Maybe it's age or something.

  Football and cricket are, I think, very good things and I'm sure they encourage great qualities such as team work and loyalty. Thank Goodness I'm not obliged to watch or take part in either of them or any other competitive sport.

  A couple of good suggestions there; my own method is to put something interesting on to listen to on the radio, and make sure I'm at non-back-straining angle of lean.
