  1. I think Gents quote may be assuming they're Oleo, as I believe the dowty head was 330mm as the spindle type, where as the oleos head is larger I believe? or am I just terribly confused Dave?

  4. I agree, but even with the introduction of the "standard" dia 108, wgaons continued to be produced with pressed end doors sporadically, even though they standardised on welded side doors on welded construction or rivetted on rivetted construction
  5. I can't read it well either, if it is B213 it can't be as high as 828 as thats not a 16T number according to my references? also odd axleboxes, RCH split pattern nearest the camera & what appears to be BR plate front with the horizontal pipa at the far end?
  6. also one of the rarer dia 108's with a pressed end door, can anyone see the number? Nigel
