    Right, its pi44ed it down for a couple of days - and the "Saddleworth" moor (sic) fire is out today including the underneath peat - so now they announce a hosepipe ban!

      we had biblicle rain for most of sunday and yesterday evenings happily fires well and truly out but reservoirs very low

      Wow - we haven't so much of a hint of a shower for weeks.

       

      I'm glad about the fires though I'm a great fan of the Saddleworth Whit Sunday Brass band concerts.
