      ... like people being keen on other railways?

       

      Joking aside, a number of railways seemed to "polarise" enthusiasts and other people interested in them - hence descriptions like "God's Wonderful Railway" / "Great Way Round".

       

      Also, I wonder how many GWR "fans" have much respect for other railway companies.
