    New slant on 'delay due to leaves on the line' Abellio Greater Anglia has bus replacement service on Ipswich to Felixstowe and Marks Tey to Sudbury for a week now and ongoing, due to wheel damage from 'Autumn rail conditions'. They say on average, 2 dmus per day are suffering wheel damage.

      There has been comments posted elsewhere about a shortage of replacement wheel sets for this autum due to technical problems with one of the main suppliers

      Shocking fact is that the privatised industry has no spare units or loco/stock these days, preferring to use cheaper bustitutions when there's even the slightest problem. Cheap and nasty "service" for top whack fares. Very unfair on the passengers.
