Just a quick test of the lamps in the sign, which I took a shot of before adding the other bits on the building this week. The lights are five basic LEDS arranged in a series and simply soldered to a CR2025 battery clip with on/off switch. The batteries last a very long time, as hopefully do the diodes...
Much delayed work now continuing on the low relief 'Odeon' Cinema, with the various filler base coats of paint, and final architectural details fabricated and applied. Just really need to fit the light boxes to the back of the Odeon sign and reception lights for the front awnings to proceed, along with more painting to achieve the 'worn out look'....
