Some of you may know my Dad, Nigel, who was a member of both the Gauge O Guild and 7mm Narrow Gauge Modelling Association. Sadly Dad passed away two years ago now but I’ve decided to use his passion as motivation to help my 2 year old son (who has a rare genetic condition) to grow and thrive. Together, we’re going to build a DCC 7mm model railway in our loft, based on a small country line and set in the 1950s. It’ll be full sound so it has added sensory interest for my little lad. To that end, I’m looking to get off the ground with a DCC sound fitted loco. I’m looking at either the Dapol Terrier or, more ideally at this stage, a Lionheart Pannier and Autocoach. Does anyone of anything second hand that may fit the bill?
