    I knew that this former Briggs tank wagon was preserved but until now was not aware by where it was located. I am hoping to build a couple of these wagons in 4mm scale but require two basic dimensions - tank diameter and tank length - plus a photograph of the equipment on the top of the tank. Hope you can help with this. Thanks

    Is it possible to reverse this process? I operate using conventional DC and have a kit built loco purchased on a well known internet auction site. The loco is a DJH kit for a BR 78xxx 2-6-0 and is fitted with a DCC chip with four wires - black, grey, red and orange. I wish to remove the chip, reverse the polarity of the motor (runs reverse when controller set forward) and fit tender pick-ups. Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Very interested in your comments on this topic. Can you advise how to get into the motor housing as I have a replacement motor to fit. I have got as far as removing the upper body, weighted "roof" and seating unit!
