Today my sister came home with a 1/24 figure and i asked my mom were it had came from she had accumulated it somehow so it has been reposes-ed on permission the scale cars i collect the figure i need for my moving people and big to provide a display so were the question still hangs..
but onto it this should provide me with not only a figure for my ford mustang 69 (bulitt) but my mini and hopefully other cars to follow.he will need a respray from a blue to a more suttible set of clothes.I am also hoping that this man is big to fit all the ideas i have for him eg read the other articles on moving people and you will understand i also hope that i have not board you with cars but it dose have a point_ Jon.

My project that i am doing now has a deadline as you may have seen and as my forum page as had no replies i am asking again if anybody would have any interesting ideas concerning it i am on about moving people again but at the moment i am trying to simplify it at the moment to run a small 1 foot piece it takes 25 electromagnets to run effectively but that is to many and i have been working on a better solution cut out electro and use magnets but the only way to do this is remove moving legs out have them forced down a two tracked piece so my new solution is to some how make them move individuality at a scale distance of one human steep and then the other to take over and move two scale human steps the diagram simplyfys this concept. excuse my spelling but i could not find the word on spell checker. However this concept has one floor how do i control it well i suppose i could retract the magnets from the rail and then use a maglev concept if any body comes up with a better alternative please inbox me our leave a comment

This system is self explanatory from the picture but it shows a board that has +/- one after another in sequence of electromagnets that attach to the nails in the figures feet that then move the figure along which in my mind is genius a concept that would inhanse great layouts like bath green park and lime street as if by magic

I was untill recent looking at wire tisue paper trees and then my dad as if by magic possed me with an interesting solution grape stalks and foilage what a great idea never go off and already painted wethered and cut to shape and as it is renewable for free thanks to it being waste off a very nice product im in luck the project will only cost the price of whatever greenerey you chose to put on it and this could be adopted in n gauge and above and make small trees to great oaks that dominate a forest.

I regret to say i have not been on of recent but i believe that my short detour of late should not be noticed however i do bring a very high recommendation for next years warley in a word breathtaking and hope they can achieve it again next year my other aim of this entry is that i would like to sy i have a cheap way of achieving the faller road system and being finished
my plan:buy and construct a cheap light weight board then put a simple track plan suiting the road plan n our 00 track would be fine then buy our join the Hornby club to get a loco (Hornby dish out a cheap loco but it works with there club as a freebie but it would work for this, run a magnet on top of the train with the magnet only at max 0.2mm away from the board and make shore not to use thick material on the road section then attach another magnet to the bottom of the car/desired object and then join the magnets one above board one below and turn the cheap underground train on and the car will begin to move.the subscription(for loco) £26 car:£2.50 track simple set/oval:£14.30 power(simple 12v battery no Hornby controller) =:£8.80/this would inshore it kept a consistent speed the last things a swich which are about £2 and magnets 80p and 40p from then on for every car added all in all =£45.60+any more cars nice and cheep and that means lot more cars to get to the price of faller what a bargin.

Yes folks im back with this same think however i am actually going to try a prototype that promises to have no faults and that will walk properly the board i am doing at the moment is only small but is detailed and should support the person well and should make my scale cars look good as well as the train in the background it is a diorama but should have life as it is not a photo so i hope my cars should intrest if pepole go rotten

I have recently been going on my moving people project and have recently been moving away from railway modeling so now i am going to move foreword with that project and to test it i am going to experiment on a 1/24 model as you may have seen i have recently posted articles on this.
I an at the moment working towards my first prototype of this system which should be finished by late January if it is not its me as im a bit slow . i have been busy thought thinking of ways of incorporating this into a scene and am thinking about a 1/24 scene with a miniature railway that would be 00 gauge and cars in the background to add ampnosphere . After much trial and error from my moving people projects a friend pointed out that the waist would allow the torso to flop over so from now on all 00 scale people stay complete, however i am please to mention i have finally completed a rake of BR coaches consisting of 1x BR push pull coach 1x guards coach,2x BR mk1 coaches form the new build your own model railway publication for which issue 1 is the only good bit. Due to moving in recent weeks i cannot find a loco to suit so though not completely correct the flying Scotsman (this one is all original unlike the real one) will be taking this journey

I am exited my 2000 view next week and i think that would be a prime time to launch my on a budget faller system. As i am unable to find out for myself dose anybody no if the existing faller road system stops when it is told our do you have to pay extra for the privilege and how many cars at a time can you run just the one our more but for fallers info mine can run as many as the road can handle so you can model moving moterways i hope in a couple of weeks i can impress some of the Senior modelers and hopefully help to make moving cars not a science fiction in the model shop to expensive siting on the shelf but a reality on most layouts in the UK and overseas.thanks- jon

To my recent project i think it is going well i found out a car at warley the good old lotus Europa and 2 micro magnets one glued to the underside of the car the other will be fitted to the loco refer to previous blog entry, furthermore i have found a railroad loco (made by Hornby) that will do the job and a track and board to hold the road workings for the system refer back to previous blog entry the power i also own so soon it will be to get it working.

I have recently at warley marveled at a overseas based layout with a marvelous bridge taking 1/3 of the board and the roads being static but over the way i shore a smaller less detailed layout with the faller road system on i had wished i had asked the overseas bloke why he did not invest to develop such a breath taking layout but not only that at the moment most roads on layouts run into the crowd his turned and ran into a tunnel which looked very ready for faller if the owner of that layout reads this please do add it,it would really add detail to a almost perfect display. _ jon
