    Grandmother's 90th Birthday today. She's seen the rise and fall of the steam engine, a man on the moon, the computer, and is now happily reading an Amazon Kindle in the corner. An incredible life.

      She has had a terrific day - we've had most of the family and all her friends, including some from school, round for lunch and cake. A great afternoon.
