Called in briefly at Toton this morning, counted 78 Class 60's on site.

90024 looks to be next into the scheme, now at Toton.

I understand 90024 has been repainted in a new "WH Malcolm" livery, I visited Toton today but presume it was locked away in the Paint shop for the weekend.

Made a quick visit to Toton this morning looking for 90024 in its new livery, but it was not to be found presumably back inside the paint shop, however there was a large collection of 60's, 66's and 67's.

66085 running onto the depot.

66133 shortly following

66185 topping a short rake of HQA Auto ballasters

66114 tailing the same consist.

Everything I paint at the moment seems to be Yellow and Orange.

56302 "Peco" and 86701 "Orion"

Looking very good Phil.

Out of interest, do you know what the yellow patch on the roof signifies ?.

Just finished a couple of Colas 60's, 60047 with the latest style logo's and 076  "Dunbar" with the Tarmac Branding.

Thanks to John Peck at Precision Decals for producing the decal pack.

Dave Lowery is GBRf's Corporate modeller and has produced a number of 779's, using the Bachmann OO model, which where subsequently issued to GB's VIP's.

Perfect, thats a date, meet you by the man with a table of yellow things.

I had a really strange dream last night....dreamt at this coming weekend's DEMU show that Bachmann where selling 66779 ??????

Stunning, amazing, this has to be the best modelling I have ever seen, can't wait to see Double headed 37's on MGR's.

One for Mick.....After many hours I have just completed a 950 Test unit based on its latest recent upgrade including the  new vinyls.

Sun in the wrong place, but had to rush out to catch this due to running early, only to sit and wait due to the loco being held for a unit to pass.

66743 in its new Royal Scotsman livery, running as 0E66 Eastleigh - Doncaster Roberts Road, seen at Morton.

I'd have one even though its not really the era I prefer to model however it looks good only let down by the white numbers, would look better as cast or at least shadowed.

What about 66746 in Royal Scotsman livery, would anyone fancy one of these as well ? 

And 66743.

Main body is Briish Railway Maroon and roof is Network Rail Grey.

Camera Flash.....you noticed, actually the lights should be on all the time but the decoder has a mind of its own and currently seems to be in strobe mode lol.

Completed this evening a commission job on a Heljan 7mm Class 60.

Really pleased how it has turned out, the name plates really finish it off.

Decals by Railtec, nameplates by Shawplan.

Just completed another Colas liveried machine for a commission.

Finished the new decals on my NMT and gave it a run out on the layout.

What is that post in front of the 37 for ? It's got a signalling ID plate on the front but what is that square head for ?
