      From a model perspective they are both very very good indeed. As a loco I prefer the N15 though.

    has just managed to rip open his finger for the 4th time today trying to extract Peco track pins from the carpet. I suppose it's better than standing on them (which I've done more than enough times already today; the latter triggers the former).

    Discovered that the reason I was getting less than optimum performance from one of my decoders was that it was a blanking plate, not a decoder.

    How in heavens did that many duplicate MP3 files end up on my HDD? Sorting these out is no fun...

      THere is software available for free that can identify al your duplicates and get rid.

    Is there a worse model to take apart and reassemble than Hornby's King Arthur? I've chipped two and fitting a decoder still brings me out in cold sweats of pure terror.

    has seen a Bachmann A2 spare body pop up on eBay already! And it's the "Blue Peter" version. Are people not keeping them?

      Well untill someone does a resin smokebox door with the later handrail / numberplate layout then a Blur Peter is essential for modelling late crest A2's.
