I've just bought a class 50 and both ends had dislodged screens. I found prising out the light unit between the desk and the roof made is easy to po the desk out. Clipped the windscreen back in light unit back in next and then located the desk into the groove in the light unit and gently clip the desk forward to click into place,again take a bit of pressure off the sides to make it easier to pop bits in and out. No glue necessary but ths must be a common problem but at least it's an easy fix!

Just searching the site as i've had the very same issue! Popped the bogies out to clean and popped them back in ( as i've done with countless units) and the bogie just dropped out. When i looked closely i realised one tower/clip had sheared off! Is there someone i can contact to get a replacement from? Is Pete still 3D rpinting them or has anyone the file to print a replacement from? Thanks in advance, Bob

Pauls son has taken on the shop and is planning to keep it going and maybe even expand! As soon as there's news on the expansion i'll post on here. But i can tell you MRSG is staying.
