Why is it often nigh impossible to contact small suppliers. Surely their ordering customers are their lifeblood. Even a once a week defined time for phone answering would be helpful.
Maybe if they're doing it as a sideline to their day job they need to spend that time making and supplying stuff rather than talking about it. Not forgetting time for family life too.
All I want to do is place an order for what I know I want and pay for it. Latest experience is an unanswered email many days old and 7 unanswered phone calls over 4 days. i'm OK as it's not life and death but don't these suppliers need sales?
