Where's the like button? I'm in the Premier Inn because of cost and location, so not far away. Anywhere cheap you recommend if I am allowed to say over on the Friday?

@Midland Mole I'm in Kidderminster Wednesday and Thursday evenings, probably come home Friday night. I'll call in - although my long suffering thinks I've spent enough money already!

@tractionman It's a great roster, some classes I've not seen running for years (children, clipped wings and all that).

@Skinnylinny, yes it is - I'm looking forward to reading it! @RJS1977 I've been searching for an affordable copy in any condition for a couple of years or so, but this one landed on my lap as it were. First edition, virtually as new, signed by the authors, but missing its dust jacket. If my long suffering thinks it's excessive, I can always sell it again - and I have bought her flowers.

Bane of my life! Sounds like a value courier headquartered not a million miles from me with a German parent? To be fair, out of the hundreds of parcels I send every month, I have only ever had 2 go missing, but 'thrown into the back garden' or 'left on my doorstep' are common complaints.

My eBay shop has gone through the roof - and I haven't reduced any prices or even mentioned Black Friday. Conversely, I've not bought anything, not even in Asda. Boss!!!

Now you tell me. This time last year I would have driven to North Wales to get it from you!

You won't be building me a baseboard then..?

We don't all have the same skills or interests. I'm not much use at carpentry and I've wasted time, money and a good deal of play time trying to get it right, so the recommendation is appreciated. If anyone wants to build me a decent baseboard in exchange for a day or two of ballasting, let me know! :-)

Is this the Grainge and Hodder product which was apparently at Warely? My woodworking skills ain't great and I've had a couple of disasters. A recommendation would be appreciated.
