Fan Wagon in UK Prototype Discussions (not questions!) Posted February 8, 2010 I was wondering if you crank up the fan to max, the wagon could actually move..therefore needing to be re-classified as a motive unit?! I understand that one manufacturer did consider a model of the prototype, but modified it significantly to what you see here.... model.
