It's not reported else where, so make of it what you will.

Mine seems to have gone to the Midlands super hub instead of heading south for replacement.

One can only ask, WHAT NEXT?
I get a long overdue payrise!
Jacob Rees Smug is the next Prime Minister. More likely than a payrise.
Gunther Steiner replaces Ben Sulayem as FIA President.

I wonder if it was the same problem as mine. The expansion link bracket on one side was being pulled back and forth. But the top part of the motion was catching on the underside of the body on curves.
I did send an email to Guildford with a video. Then I read the delivery email properly and created a returns label. Packed it up with some pictures and sent it back for exchange. It's a cracking model though and I'm sure it will be sorted with the usual Kernow efficiency.

Like no driver has ever moved teams before. If anything, there were team principles who encouraged it....(eh Frank?)
Very true. Frank and Patrick were very tough. A certain Mr Hill would tell you that.

Don't know why this came to mind!

Hi Ray,
I don't think so, but when it moves I can gently rotate it back to where it should be.
I will investigate more at the weekend.

Albon? Doing well at Williams
I would like to see Alex in a Mercedes. He's been out performing his team mates and the car at Williams.

was amazed watching Pointless last night that Pastor won a race. His only podium too
Williams last win and I think it might had been Frank's birthday. The Williams pit also caught fire after the race.

My 97 will have to go back to. Something wrong with the l/h motion that's pulling the motion bracket back and forth and straining the pins. Also the top part of the motion is catching the underside of the body on corners. I've sent a quick video. But it's a lovely model.

I had to crop the picture due to the swearing from my eldest, but he was correct in his analysis. All that time and money for what?

I had a look at the exploded diagram and I think the return crank just pops into the wheel with what looks a bit like a split arrow head. The arrow head as it were stops it popping out. When the return crank moves out of position I think it's pulling on the eccentric rod and jamming the expansion link. Once its nudged back it runs ok until it moves again.

Does anyone know how the return cranks are located? I can see mine moving which in turn causes a tight spot. A gentle push back to the right position and it runs perfectly.

I've just had it happen at about 4.12pm. I was going from the F1 2024 thread back to Wheeltappers and it came up with the McAffe web page. The back button took me straight back to wheeltsppers.
