  2. Hi Paul, I have a couple of poly bulks I I could lend you if you get really stuck. I've also ordered a 143 and think they are due January.

I wish you'd mentioned the painting prior to me buying and assembling the box full I ordered, I will be lucky to paint one in a session, so I'm just painting them in six,s at present, as an aside, when you buy the kits, you get around 50% extra mouldings on each fret, but your missing the 30mm dia tube, for the tank, I ordered a 500mm length of Perspex tube and cut it down to 65mm lengths on a lathe, that gave me an extra 9 tanks on top. Great.......but now the painting is a daunting task. How is FLHH ? When are you across these parts next? That's a great money saver that idea. They are a pain to paint but they look good in a rake. Yeah FLHH is good, been really busy last couple of months. Usually on weekends I'm not working I'm around. Got a house move next weekend and my railway is already being planned in the spare room!
  4. Hi Paul, some great stuff going on there. Gutted I missed the Cardiff show, work commitments (playing with the black stuff at Portbury). I built one of the tanktaners a few years ago, it's hand painted at the moment (quite badly at the min thou) need to sort it out. Really need to sort out a viewing of ranelagh bridge too .
  5. Just pre ordered my 143 from Lord and Butler, do you have a delivery date yet on these? I would also buy the valley lines livery one as well.

  14. Had the pleasure of seeing both the RM95 and the layout in the flesh today. Must say thanks to Paul for inviting me round to have a look. Both are amazing and the pictures posted do not do them any justice. Looking forward to seeing it finished (and posing some of my stock on it lol).
  15. Yeah that's brill if you already got what you need. Don't know when I'll be at L&B next, wil msg you when I know. Here's some of more recents ones I've done over the weekend.
  16. Love the work done so far on the cleaner. I've not forgotten about sending you the pics, may have to get some more, I put them on the computer and thought they not very good.

  18. Looking good that Rm95! You will never guess where I've been working this week lol. I've had 6days at Taunton, so I'll try and get them pics of the mfs wagons to you then. I'll get some of the barrier wagon also.

  20. I've had it about 5 years, it's been fairly reliable. I have been looking at the gaugemaster prodigy system thou, so a change is likely.

  23. It's been a while hasn't it! I'm looking forward to the shows this year. Yeah work is good been really busy lately, it's better now I got 3weeks off now thou (getting married on the weekend and then Jamaica for 2 weeks). Still based in Bristol. The good lady is fine, even with the wedding stuff going on. Hopefully my pics are attached of my weathering.
  24. Looking good this mate. It's progressing quite rapidly, can not wait to see it. I've started to weather some of my stock as well now. I'm quite happy with the results.
