    mainly 1970s- 19990s british rail wcml/nse/railfreight (trains up until my early 20s as i was around and into/remember the trains then) but like all periods my uncle was lms as they ran past his house as a young kid (wcml btwn harrow and watford jctn)also got foregn trains from holidays abroad /ppl going abroad

  1. in most of your opinions you would say that Bachmann makes the best oo gauge class 47 . i have a few lima and Hornby i think lima ones dont look to bad barring there age but adore my Bachmann 47
  2. hi has anyone started this collection . my question is about the mk1 that starts the collection off.I have purchased the first issue ( i got 2 lots) with the mk1.The mk1s are flush glazed and have small removeable hooks that couple close together. Are these Bachmann model or what brand are they likely to be ,there is no branding on underneath any help would be nice thanks gary there are two pics of the said mk1s
