  1. Black (Victorian Brown) Beauty...
Ffestiniog Railway Large England 0-4-0T+T, 'Welsh Pony' assends Gwyndy Bank with 'The Victorian' bound for Tan-Y-Bwlch. The match loco and stock makes for a resplendant sight against the rugged Welsh landscape.

It requires quite a bit of courage and a bit of strength!

Squeeze the lower cabsides until you hear the glue crack - judicious application of a thin blade may help.

    CJI.

Cheers for the quick response. Will give it a go. Do the aforementioned screws have anything to do with the cab?

  3. Just purchases one of these early today for a very reasonable price, and a good runner too (for now).

The model is an example fitted with a top feed, but the intention is to convert this to one without. This (along with the pipework) appears to be separately fitted parts. Is this the case? If so how easy are they to remove?

Any information before I attempt this would be much appreciated!!!

Callum, Gordon and Maggie, quit obviously enjoying themselves. Hopefully Callum's record of the show will be along at some point.

An excellent show as ever and credit to all involved!

My video from the weekend is currently in editing, just sorting out the colour balance, so will hopefully be good to go in the next day or so :)
