Thanks for the replies from STRAT'71 & andymac-2008, re the Coach Bogies. I will try the spring mod 1st & see how I get on. I've just had 4 more issues delivered(18,19,20 & 21) I thought it was only 2 a month? Also I now have 4 bags of green scatter, hope don't get raided by the drug squad,for intent to supply. "Honest officer it's grass for the model railway" LOL. The Morris Traveller is great(my Dad had one of these when I was growing up in the 60's). On closer inspection it's a K reg(1972) & on reflective number plates(1/1/1973 onwards) and thought the period was early 60's?

I'm glad people are still getting the issues. Mine stopped after issue 12, when Hatchettes IT department for some unknown reason closed my account back in Feb(no notification). I was getting 2 issues every 4 weeks, so was due 13 & 14 on the 8th March with 15 & 16 due 5th April. They are a nightmare to get to respond. Used email as not prepared to call an 0870 number, each time they took 10 days to reply!! My account has now been reinstated, but told issues 13/14 are now out of stock awaiting new supply. I agree the Jinty is over priced and is it just me but when you try the MK1 coach on their curved track it derails(think either the bogie hasn't got enough travel or the track radius is too tight for the coach?)
