Trying to privately message a member - getting pop-up "Your inbox is full. You must delete some messages before you can send any more".
I have emptied my In-box - still getting the message.

How many messages are in your other folders? Sent etc.

Not sure what you mean - I'm not aware that I have any other folders; (though this may be due to my lack of familiarity with the new software).

The limit is a total of 300 messages across your message folders. When you are in your Messenger screen click on the Inbox drop-down and it will show you what's in any folders. Try logging out and in again if the error persists.
