Merry Christmas Jack!
Glad you have received the Belle pair and made the lights a lot better! Looks fantastic!
-
Fantastic work Jack!
Good idea this and like you say you can actually see the red tail lights! Well done and keep up the good work
Thank you for putting this on here!
-
Thank you for the information.
Wasn't aware of 525. Yes I would assume just been done at Brush.
-
66524 and 66605 have received the same treatment too!
Think these two were done at Brush whilst 66601 was done at Midland Road.
-
Thanks Neil. Might get some plastic card for my TMD.
The NR 57/s look fantastic! The RHTT sets look so realistic too!
I do miss the yellow 57s now but good to see them in Revised DRS at the same time.
Possibly 66050 or 66111 arriving soon then?

I meant to ask the same thing a while ago Keith73.
The concrete hard standing looks fantastic and you can create spillages of oil etc.
-
Fantastic looking layout with lots of modern traction and rolling stock!
Keep up the good work!

Yes you could do a little because it does look a bit too bright and new. Not too much though just tone it down a little
-
Great work Neil! Couldn't be more realistic!
-
Cheers buddy!
Your DRS & NR locos look great!
-
Any chance of seeing some more RHTT running Neil?
Thought the last pics looked fantastic!
-
Thank you for the link and information.
Very much appreciated.

Where in Leeds is Troutons going?
Thank you in advance.
-
Fantastic detailing and equally fantastic locos and stock!
Keep up the good work

Fantastic respray Jack!
Great detailing to the wheelsets!
-
Fantastic repaints Jack!
The 20 looks great especially with the suspension detailing under the loco!
I look forward to seeing more developments of this one.

Once again fantastic modelling!
I like all of the photos but my favourites are the bottom two. They pay very close attention to detail and give off a realistic vibe as to what may be seen today on the railways. The entrance clearly labelled with signs is fantastic and just like reality. Then the fences in the background of the photo adds realism because you see the fences the majority of the time now near any railway lines. Then the grass, weeds and slightly overgrown trackside looks great with attention to detail.
Also the photo of the warehouse is great. It pays attention to the weathering on the outside of the warehouse and the weeds alongside the line side where you would expect to see trains running slow and really gives a fantastic look and effect.
Great work everyone keep it up!

That's a real shame because the snow train would look great top and tailed 57s.
The Joeuf MK 3 looks great and like you say pays attention to detail. I like the idea that it is the prototypical length.
-
Yes mine run with ballast/engineers wagons Bachmann EWS MFA's, Realtrack PNA's and ZCV's. My 302 and 304 always seem to stay together double heading trains.
I would like the Network Rail Measurement coaches but due to spending money on other locos and coaches they will have to wait. That way I will be able to run test trains with them as well.
I haven't got a breakdown train or tamper but it is a very good and different idea as to what they could pull.
-
That's great because then you will have 301 and 303!
301 looks great. I have the Vitrains Specials 302 and 304. I don't really have much for them to pull around the layout so they are on hire to DRS for use on engineers trains and the occasional flask train.
What does your 301 pull?
-
Great photos! I like the model of NR 97301. Is this a resprayed Bachmann base model?

Fantastic photos and fantastic modelling with close attention to detail!
Well done!
-
To answer my own question...
303 is now reported to be in the revised DRS livery.
-
Thank you very much for the information and fast reply.
It will be very interesting to see what livery 303 emerges in.

These two have both been repaired at Midland Road over the Christmas period.
Both have had B Exams. On Christmas Eve 70002 was at the Stourton end of the depot whilst 66623 couldn't be seen so must have been in the shed.
