Two powercars to add to the fleet. 43179 "Pride of Laira" and 43040 "Bristol St Philip's Marsh" and then the full HST powercar list.

Another update for the new layout - Marcus has been working on it the past few days and has made progress in leaps and bounds! So, we have track weathered, ground cover placed and even some greenery down! A small embankment in the foreground giving the front of the layout a small amount of height, just for something to look at! The final few pictures show the depot lite up with the LED lights from above. Enjoy!

This Redwater is becoming in a greater state of repair unfortunately, it's only and hasn't had much love due to the incoming new depot. Other than that the fleet is look well!

New additions, coming soon! Fag Packet rake for the HST powercars and a Class 47 for the FGW mk2 rake.

Some more photos of the fleet. New addition 47829, this will be used for the Virgin mk2 rake! Then we have the best of British with the Class 50, 56 and 33s.

So here we see the FGW Fag Packet HST from 43300hst off Facebook. First impressions of the work done on these powercars is really good! The vast majority of the work done is to a high quality so I can't complain considering the price and the length of time it took to complete these. The two biggest points of concern for me were the inconsistent white around the front of the lights and then the transfers have been put over the top of the rails for the powercar door. The CrossCountry powercars were renumbered original releases done by myself.

A myriad of jobs completed. 158766 & 158769 weathered and one renumbered 66088 returns weathered 143603 fresh from being renumbered 43304 renumbered using cut and paste LNER font numbers 43017 fitted with the nameplate it gained in 2014! More photos below.

43004 and 43009 on depot this evening after coming back from over haul to the brand new, state of the art MTU engines with improved lighting clusters.

Another pair of FGW powercars arriving soon. Another 43300hst job of MTU 43009/004 in Barbie livery. The only two MTU units to keep the Barbie livery

This project is superb! It's been one I've wanted to look into for some while and after seeing this I have got the ball rolling with buy the donor stock to get repainted. I've got quite alot of HST powercars but nothing really pre-FGW blue! Once again amazing job on these. Jacob

Latest to arrive on.....shed.... (Badum ting)

Hey, So 43163 was done by John Sykes. It's a mixture of vinyl (rear) and then waterslide transfers (front) from Precision Decals. They're top notch and fitted supurbly! Now, 43186 however, not so easy to explain. Ii wasn't done by me! I bought the pair of powercars with 43186 already being like that. I imagine however Precision would be able to do the 43186 decals as they seem pretty simple to do. Hope that helps! Jacob
