  1. Here's a short video with closeups of my Hornby Railroad 'Adderley Hall' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7La9zdGr9g I think it's a great value Railroad model A Trax feedback controller was used. (I'm sorry about the dust and cat hair and the slightly misaligned valve gear. All fixed after the video was shot ) Anders
  2. I wanted a Hornby 0-4-0 model so I bought the Bagnall shunter. It's a nice loco and it runs very smoothly. But, it's way oversized isn't it? If I measure the height of a door I get 28.5 mm. That multiplied by 76 gives me about 2.17 m! Does anyone know the real dimensions of the Bagnall 0-4-0DH? Here's a picture of the real thing https://www.flickr.com/photos/45563292@N02/6274647949 The real 'Bagnall' a.k.a 'Leys' seems to be located at the Foxfield Railway. Cheers from Sweden, Anders
  3. I use the Gaugemaster HH (feedback controller). It gives you very smooth and realistic start/stops. Much better than the Gaugemaster W controller. I feed it with 12 V AC instead of the recommended 16 V AC. Then I get much better control in my opinion. Here are two of my YouTube videos showing two older locos using the HH controller: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ZpugK59Rdo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ncuQzX9wI4 (The 'layout' is just a temporary test setup on my living room table )
