I buy 3 of this, they have the same CV list of TCS (MC4) or DCC Concepts (TS4SA), I use definition file of TCS MC4 in JMRI/DecoderPro3 (with SPROG II) without problem. BEMF work fine, no noise, you can deactivated BEMF always or at programmable speed.
