  1. Hello, Jack. I am currently on a switch engine, but a good portion of my career was spent on three big engines and long trains. On my district, road power is three Dash 9s or equivalent and around 10,000 tons. The Birmingham District of the Central always had to have the biggest power we had. Regards, Tom Holley
  2. Thanks for the photo. I am a Norfolk Southern locomotive engineer; third generation Central of Georgia. Glad to see we're represented in France! Regards, Tom Holley
  3. Is that a Central of Georgia SW9? Regards, Tom Holley
  4. Hello, Matt. I sent you a private message. Regards, Tom Holley
  5. Hello, Matt. Below is a link to a producer of EMD G8s. Which of them would be closest to a FCC G8? Here's the link: http://www.auscisionmodels.com.au/BRM_Series_1_T_Class.htm Thanks, Tom Holley
  6. I am a professional railroader; and have seen a number of model railroads. To me, a model railroad either looks "railroady" or not. Your model railroad is about as "railroady" as I have seen, and I mean that in the best possible way. If my Pavo, GA layout looks a tenth as good as the Lineas Cubanas, I'll be happy. Regards, Tom Holley
  7. That is some of the best weathering I have ever seen. Absolutely outstanding work. Regards, Tom Holley
  8. I gather two of the three coach servicing tracks are dummy tracks? Regards, Tom Holley
  9. Looks nice. I thought it was smaller than code 83. Regards, Tom Holley
  10. What kind of track did you use? Regards, Tom Holley
  11. Thanks for posting the track plan. Looks like a lot of activity in a small space. A repair track is a universal industry;as any car can be spotted. I really like the inclusion of the derelict shop building. Well done! Regards, Tom Holley
  12. Nice layout! Is there a track plan of what you've built? Regards, Tom Holley
