  1. I'd love to see a Hunslet 16" 0-6-0ST. I think there's a geniune market for industrial tank engines at the moment.
  2. Please keep on the industrial theme, so neglected by the major RTR manufacturers! 0-4-0 Pecketts/Barclays, a 16" Hunslet 0-6-0ST, Manning Wardles, Kitsons... anything!

    Ask Dave

Hi Dave, On the edition of your J94 which has 'BRITISH RAILWAYS' written out on the tank, will the running number be on the bunker side or on the tank? Cheers!
  4. The vast majority are, yes. I was hoping that someone might have some laying around!
  5. Seeing the above has prompted me to ask - does anyone have any drawings of any Leeds-built (Hunslet/Hudswell/Manning-Wardle/Kitson) locomotives? It's for 3Dmodelling. Cheers!
  6. Does anyone know what the approximate release date for the HC is? Are we talking next year? I'm trying to decide if I can afford a J94 as well as a HC but it depends when the Hudswells will be released because I can't justify two £100 models within less than about a year on my current wage, unfortunately.. it's that or the car!

    Ask Dave

Hi Dave, Just wondering whether you have an estimated timescale for when the Hudswell 0-6-0 in OO will be ready? I'm presuming it won't be by the end of this year in light of everything else you've got coming through; is it likely to be early-2017 or further on than that? The reason I ask is that if it's going to be more like late-2017 or even 2018 I may treat myself to something else Leeds-built from your range in the mean time, because I'll have plenty of time to save up for the HC afterwards... Cheers!
  8. I hope you're right on all points. Would love a MW L- or K- class - with cabs rather than weatherboard for me though.
  9. I stand corrected on the H-Class. That model is wonderful; wish I had the time and resources to try it myself!
  10. The H-Class 0-4-0 is an NER deisgn by Thomas Wordsell, not a Manning Wardle! Nonetheless I'd love to see any Mannings and the NER H-Class in oo. Anyway, Dave's website's promising a big update on Sunday. Fingers crossed!
  11. For those concerned, I emailed Dave early in June to ask about this. He said at the time that he hoped to have the info up on his site within a week; whilst that doesn't appear to have happened, I think we can at least take that as encouragement that progress is still being made
