In particular the 2/3 rail A4 Locomotive and how simple it is to switch between 2 and 3 rail running. I have 2/3 rail coarse scale models by Ace, Darstaed , Basset Lowke (CORGI) and ETS locomotives and they all seem really simple to switch between 2 and 3 rail running compared to Seven Mills models which seem to be incredibly fiddly and frustrating by comparison

It's very interesting to see that this firms awful "customer service" i.e. rude responses to perfectly reasonable enquiries go back such a long time. As has been mentioned on this thread such behaviour does call into question the usefullness of their 5 year guarantee. Does anybody have any experience regarding how the company have dealt with requests for service during the guarantee period please?

Does anybody have any tips on removing the roof of a Darstaed Pullman to change it to a different colour. The plastic seems quite thick but obviously I am anxious to avoid damage so I am wondering if there is a clever way of achieving removal. Many thanks
